Employees are wearing the same gloves at cash register taking payments and then making sandwiches. There is also a sign up stating they follow the CDC guidelines and that masks are required, but employee masks are pulled down on all but one of the employees. Won't be back.

I was having an extremely difficult time picking the right sandwich for my growling stomach. As this being my first time eating at jimmy johns, Kevin, the man behind the counter was and extremely helpful and informative! (Handsome too!)

Ordered three pickles with my large order. Did not receive them when delivered. Called store and associate claimed he for sure cut them. He offered to send more. Never showed up.
