Classic size unwhich I dont think so 1 slice of Turkey 1 slice of bacon for $8 you must be ridiculous, even called the store and the guy on the phone argued with me about how he made the sandwich personally. Item returned totally disappointed with this location rude people and horrible customer service

Ordered off there website received a call no drivers avail. So I ordered from DoorDash NOT knowing that yet again they wouldn’t be able to deliver even tho it was placed through door dash. Officially lost my business for being unprofessional. If they are unable to have someone to accept the delivery then maybe they should be removed from all platforms to avoid this type of situation. The so called manager didn’t show that they cared and kept trying to push the other location on me. If you don’t have a DRIVER then do NOT ALLOW THE DELIVERY OPTION. Waste of time.

The following items were wrong. My order was placed via the app for asap pickup. It was 2 combos. I did not receive any notification from the app other than the order was received. No order eta, no notification that order was ready. No indication that order was picked up or follow-up. One drink was missing initially from the order. Requested sandwich cut in half. They didn't. Asked for no tomato. Had tomato Missing bag of chips No ability to provide feedback on the receipt, via app, or confirmation email. I sent this above info to the feedback link on their website and was given this answer "We have also escalated the information to the owners and do ask that someone from the ownership group reaches out to you and makes it right. We would hate to lose you!". Well it has been another week and I have heard nothing. So you lose me to all Jimmy Johns. Don't go to this place because they clearly don't care.
