Stinks that the online ordering app still doesn't work, even after multiple calls. Don't expect your order to be correct even when calling it it in. I'd rather they took an extra 5 -10 min to make a delivery correct. Some people need delivery for multiple reasons & can't come to the store. Last chance was given tonight. Failed again. Love the food - when it's right. But no more chances.

We order from this Jimmy John’s quite frequently and have NEVER had an unpleasant experience. Today they went above and beyond by allowing us to order our food before they even opened (because I’m an idiot and didn’t realize they weren’t open). Thank you guys! You rock!

While the food is usually pretty good, the service is falling off badly. I've had a few over hour delivery waits, missing items and being hung up on when calmly working out getting missing items (paid for) delivered. Phone person seems too busy to be cordial with people. But, they are getting better delivering to my correct address and not the wrong locations.
