I used to love this Jets….that was until today. I ordered online, and when I submitted my order, I received an error that the order didn’t go through, yet they still charged my credit card. When I called and talked to the very rude manager, Brendan, he said there’s nothing he can do and I’ll have to re-order since they didn’t receive the order. This means I would’ve had to pay double today since they had already charged my card. He said they are not affiliated with the online ordering system (yet my card was charged and I ordered through this location) and I’d have to call corporate for a refund if the charges don’t drop off in a few days. He didn’t even care. He didn’t offer me a credit or anything. He laughed at me and said sarcastically “have a good day” and he hung up. I’ve never been treated like that before. They definitely need new management and a new system in place so this doesn’t continue to happen, but it will be too late if they do make changes because I’ll never order fro

This order was done incorrectly 3 times. And the final version was burnt. *edit* The manager had the audacity to charge me for the small salad “because it was correct” instead of offering me something for my inconvenience, time and ruined dinner. Who does that :/ DEFINITELY Last time ordering from here.
