Jet's Pizza

Food was absolutely delicious!!!! Bad rating is for service. The service was a bogey at best but most certainly sub par. I ordered online due to past attempts to order via phone and being put on hold for 25+min and then being Informed they were closed. So once I received my order which my roommate picked up I found that I was missing $15 worth of food and also that my order of wings was prepared incorrectly. I then called and was on hold for 10 min before deciding to head to the store and once i got on the phone with an employee I was hung up on. Luckily I made It to the store to confront said rude employee and pick up the rest of my order which was prepaid so I would have been SOL otherwise. I then had to wait 15 more minutes for my food before I could go home and try to enjoy the rest of my cold Pizza. Sad sad day

It's a roll of the dice with this place. I've ordered many times. Sometimes it's the best I ever had. Other times, definitely not worth a 40$ pizza. I only order from there when I'm feeling brave and lucky.

I was having a problem ordering online. I was trying to order a pizza to pick up on the way home but the website wasn't working for me. So, since it was on my way home, i stopped into the shop. I talked to Jack the general manager. He was so nice and helpful. For my trouble, he gave me the pizza free of charge. I was willing to pay but he said have a nice day. Thank you so much Jack
