Jet's Pizza

I’d give 0 stars if I could. We ordered pizza and wings for delivery at 5:10. It was supposed to arrive at 6:10. Three phone calls later, it is 7:51 and we were told that it literally just went out for delivery. They didn’t forget our order, they just took forever to make it and get it to us. If it gets to us. Still waiting of that pizza and wings.

Waited 2 hrs for a cold, dry and burnt pizza. Called the store when delivery time was 40min past, was told they’ll be there in a moment. 30min later it was delivered. Paid for delivery and even tipped them when ordering online. Called the store and was transferred to 3 people before someone would even acknowledge the problem. I told them to make me another. Drove myself to the store after paying and tipping to wait 20min more for a new pizza to be made, still dry still over cooked. Been a jets customer for 10 years in 3 different states. By far this store is the worst, and is getting worse by the month. Unprofessional staff. Untrained and clearly don’t care. Feel free (someone from corporate) to call me or reach out- this isn’t the Jets quality I remember.

Amazing staff and great food!! Okay so now for the story. It was my birthday on Saturday, and my dad decided to surprise me with some Jet's Pizza. Well of course it was a surprise because I had no idea the delivery guy was even downstairs. My dad literally had to call me and tell me to check my door. But that wasn't even the heartwarming part. I told my dad thanks for the pizza, wings, breadsticks, pop, and especially this chocolate chip cookie because it tasted delicious. And my dad goes, "what cookie? I didn't order any cookie." So, let me just say THANK YOU to the staff at Jet's Pizza in Brookfield, WI. That kind gesture really warmed my heart! My dad didn't even know lol. Man, it was like I got two surprises that day--a pizza and a cookie. And so, I am not saying the staff gives out free food, but I know for my birthday I got a nice birthday surprise. Thanks again!!
