Jersey Mike's Subs

I get it's difficult to find good help these days and the manager is most likely trying her best with what little/slow staff help she has but I'm just really annoyed and feel like a review is needed. A couple weeks ago I placed an online order for a gluten free sub to pick up shortly after 11am. When I arrived to pick it up the man at the counter didn't acknowledge me so I waited several minutes. He then asked if I was there for a to go order and the order name. I told him then he said that the gluten free bread was still frozen and looked at me like I was supposed to offer up suggestions on what to do next. So I asked for a refund because I didn't have time to wait. He looked at me dumbfounded and had to call the manager, which she had just arrived and came to process the transaction. She was nice and apologized. Earlier this evening I attempted to give this location a second chance so I ordered online two subs, one hot and one cold to be picked up at 6:24pm. did not get the take out order right. sandwich order not done right and missing items from two kids meals.

It takes forever to get a sandwich. The prices are a little high, just like some of their employees. The food is ok.
