Went in tonight at around 8:25, walk in and a worker asks if I have a pick up order, I say no. He then tells me they’re out of bread on a Friday night… at a sandwich shop? Cool. Makes sense.
Customer service is very unprofessional. 4 workers, 3 of which were sitting in the dining room playing on phones. Cuss words being thrown out. A customer came in, and not one worker welcomed or greeted the customer. Tables in dining room were absolutely filthy. Can’t complain about the sandwich, which was delicious, however this store needs some new employees.
My favorite sub shop. Club sub Mike's way is my go to. They're a tad bit higher than the normal ones, subway, jimmy John's, but taste fresher and all around better, hence why I'll pay the extra money every time!
