Shouldn’t prioritize online orders before in person orders. I waited for them to make no joke 12 other sandwhiches after they already took my order. The only reason I came here is for a quick meal and this isn’t quick at all.

My daughter is on summer break from College. She had the option to turn in her paperwork via Online so we drove to 31 flavors icecream 8pm-ish. She was still writing so I messaged my wife if she wanted Jersey Mikes..she said of course...so I'm in the app, but I guess because they close at 9pm..my order would have to be for the next day...so I walked in to place my order. Took some time before they actually helped me (but they did acknowledge me). When I place my order they said they only have wheat and I think he said rosemary bread? I chose the rosemary bread. A giant veggie for me and a regular turkey for my wife. By the time my sandwiches were done it was 8:45 pm. Eventually went into 31 flavors and then got home. Sandwiches were good. So to all those that want that last minute sandwich..be prepared to have it a different way..but remember those ingredients that you have them put in it are all good...its just the bread choice (and brownies) that they maybe out of stock...

Food was great but, customer service was no accepted well at the South Pasadena location. but somehow my wife ordered our order on the So. Pas location.on-line. After arriving there they said there was no order there under that name? So, they found out order. The guy told us we had a long drive and referred us to the Pasadena, Lake Ave place. Hmmm!.
