Go anywhere else! We’ve received sandwiches that were completely different than we ordered them! This happens on a regular basis!

absolutely terrible service. my dad ordered a sandwich today for him and i at 12pm on the app. the app said it would be ready at 12:30pm. he got to the restaurant at 12:40pm, checked in, and waited for 15 minutes. at this point it’s been 25 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. He went into the restaurant and asked about his order, and they told him they haven’t even started making the order. they had 45 minutes to start an order and never did. he said he watched people walk in and out while he waited for them to START the order. he went back to his car to wait (it was supposed to be a curbside pickup) and waited ANOTHER 10 minutes. he went back in to go figure out what the hell was going on, and they finally gave him the order. i’m not saying prioritize online orders, but come on. that is absolutely ridiculous, an hour to make 2 sandwiches??? absurd. I SHOULD ALSO ADD this is NOT the first time. this is not the second time, THIS IS THE 4th TIME THEY HAVE DONE THIS. absolu

Food was good as usual. Ordered online, pickup time was in 35 minutes (for 4 sandwiches). When I arrived I was told they were working on it and it would be ready in 15 minutes. While I'm waiting, people that ordered there are getting their food in 5-10 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes, I went back to the counter and inquired if my sandwiches were ready. They looked through all the bags waiting to be filled for online orders and found mine was ready. They should have told me as soon as it was ready, but they waited until I asked. While I was waiting someone brought back a half eaten sandwich with a hair in it. But that is a whole other story that will take too long to tell.
