Clean restaurant, great atmosphere, staff was friendly but then disappeared when it came time to complete my order the poor manager had to do it. He was very nice and sympathetic offered me a free drink and cookie for the inconvenience it was all good I'm so happy there is a jersey Mike's near new Kensington now thanks so much for listening!!! I'll most definitely be back!!!!

Highly recommend!! Fantastic subs. Fantastic customer service. They took the time to thank me for my business on my way out. How many times have you had a restaurant thank you for your patronage? This was the first time I’ve had that happen.

The associates are very friendly and ready to please the customer. I liked my food. I will be going back there again soon. Parking: They have limited parking and a nice drive thru. Wheelchair accessibility: Door ways are wide. Perfect for wheelchairs.
