Jersey Mike's Subs

Very nice young people working. Not a very clean work area. One young lady was wiping the counter where the sandwich is made. It was a dirty damp rag that was used. The other young lady put the tortilla wrap on the damp counter that still wasn't clean. The three people working all were polite and welcoming. They need additional training on prep cleanliness. I wouldn't go there again if that didn't change. I like Jersey Mike's sandwiches. My expectations are high for any food service. Food is very expensive these days. Training good people properly should be a top priority. Besides the fact every customer sees what is going on. Like I said they all were nice just need some training.

Imagine stopping at Jersey Mike's Subs after having to go into work at the last minute on a Saturday. You pick up your sandwich and drive home happy to finally relax and eat……you’re not even half way through your sandwich when you notice a strand of hair peeping through your bitten sandwich. With disappointment you call the store Jersey Mike's Subs and share that you have hair in your tuna sandwich only to have to tell every detail of your visit repeatedly before they address the hair in your sandwich. Finally you ask what they will offer for the inconvenience and the present the option of getting in your car and driving alllllllllllllllll the way back to said location for a replacement or getting a credit for a sandwich. You choose a credit and the young lady on the phone asks you for every detail of your sandwich. You oblige then you get to one detail she seems very confused by; “pepper relish” . Then she proceeds to insinuate that you didn’t come there because Jersey Mike’s doe

Kelly is writing this review about two amazing employees I met at the Frankfort location !! Leslie and Terrance were the two I had making my sandwiches today .. no only was I greeted politely and with smiles they asked if I needed anything extra for my sandwiches since I couldn’t dine in . With these times being so trying and different it was very refreshing to meet two very kind and sweet individuals who completely turned my day way around to a great one!! Thanks to both of you , I will definitely return back to this location because of the both of you !! Sincerely humbled by your kindness , Kelly ( with a Y and not an I ...
