Subpar. When they first opened, the food was amazing. Now, everything is bland -the rice is dry, and the pho is also not great. Service will alwaus be excellent as one guy does almost everything, including the cooking. The place definitely needs more people or else they will have to shut down.
Best pho in the SW! These guys have fantastic flavorful broth that doesn't make you want to chug a gallon of water an hour later. Fresh vegetables always for the soup and wonderful service. Prices have jumped 50% since 2020 before the pandemic, but that's the same as everyone else. Wouldn't go anywhere else for pho!
