Jason's Deli

Today I went with the kids to eat in, I usually go to Richardson. It's been about 3 years and the rules have change. I order the salad bar and usually we go back for more but not this time I was stop and my plate was taken from my hands. Well I was confused and Maria the manager was So Nice Very Professional and explained to me the new rules and why. She was extremely helpful she gave me a new plate. We truly enjoyed our lunch. For a big burger and BBQ meatatarian, I was skeptical that their sandwiches would fill me. I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't even know they had meals. I'm so accustomed to them delivering sandwiches to work meetings that I thought Jason's Deli was just a tiny hole in the wall type place. It was a full on restaurant! WOW ???? The place was spacious, clean and welcoming, the order came out quick and the staff was members were helpful and friendly. The restroom was very clean and loved the contemporary style. This is a great place and easily accessible on the eastbound lane of the 544.

Asked for gluten free grilled cheese with house chips. Cashier Asked if chips were instead of soup. We said yes, no soup. Order came out with soup & no chips. Wondering now if we were charged correctly .
