"I just want my Mac and Cheese; I'm not asking for the world", is what I hear when Jason's Deli doesn't realize they messed up my order. I had a less than ideal experience at this location. However, JD is usually a dependable go to favorite for my family. I love the gumbo soup.
Despite the bad experience I once had at this location I decided to give this place another chance. I visited this store on yesterday to get food. I was very unsatisfied with the guy that took my order. He charged me for a 9oz cup that they give you with the Togo salad. I understand being charged for the extra cup that I wanted but he charged me for an extra cup that I didn't even receive. I have been to this location several times and never been charged for the 9oz cup that comes with the salad. The guy charged me for two 9 Oz cups and only gave me one. I asked why did he do that he just looked over me. This will my last time at this location. Never eating at this place agian. I will start going to the other locations. The other locations are better. I never have problems at the others.
