Placed an online order well in advance, but when I arrived (at 6:25), was told they were running behind due to demand. I writing this review as I am still sitting in my vehicle after having waited over 45 minutes. I've seen dine-in and drive-thru customers come and go. I understand hardships of staffing and demand, but this is poor management of prioritizing orders. Most times this place is fine. Today, Huge fail.... **update, I entered at 7:30 pm to find the dining room empty and all staff, including the manager, working the drive-thru. My order was still not ready, so I canceled and left after the manager was very curt and expected me to wait longer. I won't be returning. Schlotzsky's is just down the road and is very fast, clean, and friendly.

Love to bring my daughter here. It’s our place to come for daddy/daughter night. Best salad bar and cones! Anne gave wonderful customer service.
