Jason's Deli

I'm a Jason's Deli fan. I eat at different ones across the country on business travel, they are all consistently good. Except for this one. Everything was off. It was dead inside and now I know why. Ordered my go-to Wild Salmon-which with a side of steamed veggies. The salmon was weird in texture/consistency and taste, worst salmon sandwich I've ever had anywhere. I like my vegetables al dente, but these were as if they were served raw (can't rule it out, were not even warm). The chocolate ice cream was terrible, all the Jason's Deli chocolate ice creams vary by some degree at each location, but all are generally good. Here the flavor was terrible, completely off. I was forced into trying the vanilla instead and that was actually really good. It was the only good part of my experience here, ohh and the cones were stale! LOL. I'll never be back here.

I ordered for curbside pickup via the Jason’s Deli app. Both curbside pickup parking spaces were occupied upon arrival by cars that were not using curbside pickup. Although I followed the instructions to indicate my arrival in the app, it didn’t seem to make any difference. When I went inside five minutes later, my order had not been started. When it was finally ready, a staff member set it to the side without calling my name. When I finally arrived home with it to eat, it was missing two parts of the order (chips and au jus for my sandwich). I was too hungry to go back to the store to deal with it at the time. I don’t know that I’ll be ordering from this location again.

Food was great, service was "Meh" nothing wrong but nothing to brag about. Had the beefeater, with a small bag of chips and a drink, came out to $16+ and that was not a $16 sandwich.
