I use to love this place but it has went downhill, customer service is terrible. I got to the end of my veggie and I saw that my Cali flower had mold on it . I will never eat there again, and my sandwich bread was hard as a brick . It’s a NO GO
Tasty, very tasty, but the chicken on my panini was literally thinner than the slice of tomato. A bit overpriced for that kind of quality.
I ordered a French dip sandwich and they forgot to put the au jus dip in my order. I called and was told by the manager that there was nothing they could do, and that technically what I paid for was the sandwich, and the au jus was an “extra” that they give you for free with the sandwich. Really? Apparently these people have never of customer service. I’ve always had great experiences with every other Jason’s Deli I’ve been to, but clearly this one is the exception.
