Jasmin & Olivz Mediterranean - Weston

Don’t make an online order. I placed an order at 6:10 and was told to pick up at 6:45. My son went to pick up and watched them serve all walk-ins and never working on online orders. I had to call twice to complain and eventually at 7:15 they agreed to fill my order after refusing to refund my money. Two workers weren’t even working, just on their phone. Took 90 minutes to get a meal from a place where all of the food is pre-made. Appalling customer service.

We ordered a platter- we chose build your own platter from Jasmin. The quantity was good. The hummus and falafel was fresh and delicious. Another side we chose was Greek salad and baked veggies. Was not happy with baked veggies as we personally prefer grilled veggies though.

I agree with the multiple bad reviews for online order. I ordered online 3 times and each time they missed the whole items or a part of the order. This is the last I will be eating in this restaurant which once was my favorite.
