Superb! Servers were respectful, knowledgeable, efficient, attentive, and pleasant! Food was extraordinary (squash bisque was amazing, sirloin filet and short ribs rocked, mushroom bread pudding and potatoes excellent, asparagus and to-die-for brussels sprouts mouth watering). The desert was prepared by an expert pastry chef. Cocktails were wonderful, also. The French press coffee was a perfect end to a sublime dining experience. Can I give Jansen 100 stars? WOW!
I had an amazing dinner here! Classical food with a twist--fall off the bone lamb shank, oysters, etc. The cocktails are also innovative and delicious. This restaurant pays attention to detail, all the waiters were attentive and welcoming. Cozy decor throughout and a very nice patio in the back.
Incredible. Absolutely astounding. What a restaurant!! Hidden gem in Germantown/Mt Airy. Perfect.
