Jalapenos Mexican Food

Come here a lot, don’t mind the high prices. However, today I ordered two steak torta’s and they used old stale bread. I had to take the top off and eat the torta with just the bottom bun because of how hard and crunchy the top was. I weekly spend over $60 here, you would think they would appreciate their customers enough to treat them good, guess not. Time to find a new Mexican place.

Rude cashier, prices were high compared to better alternatives. And they messed up my order, I asked for sour cream and it was nowhere to be found. Also after reading other people’s reviews the owner should really learn customer satisfaction instead of trying to prove they are in the right, video confirmation and checking to see how many times someone visits.. I mean come on- I should have read the reviews before I went, would have saved me a trip. I will make sure everyone I know hears about my bad experience.

I noticed they raised their prices a little, and it's understandable. But I also noticed they raised their portions too. Not like other restaurants that charge you more and give you less. Jalapenos will always be my Go To for Mexican Food.
