Jalapeno Mexican Restaurant 3

Waited over an hour for a $50+ order placed online through their website. After waiting and waiting we called to check on it and they never asked what order I was calling about but insisted it was on the way with " uber" which is not how it was ordered. After FINALLY getting someone to understand this order was placed on their website I was told they do not really check that and that the order would just be cancelled. When I inquired about my refund I was told a manager was not there and that maybe they could call. I still have no refund and no lunch.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! My family and I come here atleast 3 to 4 times a week, if not more. The food is delicious and the service is spectacular! Everyone needs to come try this place!!! ((: ????????

I love this place and I love the people that work that always nice and my food is always amazing omg the best prices ???? if your in the area you should most definitely eat here ???? they give you a real amount of food for your money unlike other places if u can try to stop in during lunch if you've never had it before the lunch specials will blow your mind the best prices to feed a big family or just yourself
