Hidden gem. I have eaten Jade Garden multiple times now and can say I really like the food. I had a hard time after moving and not being able to order from my usual spot but Jade has not disappointed.
I went to order 2 smoothies with tapioca. They didn't seem busy but rushed me to give them my order. Then Told me it would be 10 to 15 min. When I got home I saw they over charged me, the price on the menu was a lot different from what they charged me. I then realized no tapioca in my drink. I called back and put me on hold for over 5 min. When they finally answered they hung up. I called again and they told me to go back so they can give me the tapioca in a separate container. I was not going to return just tapioca. When I live 30 min away. Will never go back. Lost a customer for sure.
