First time there and I have to admit people Hyper this place up TOO MUCH it’s just basic Chinese food, you might as well go to a buffet. It was mine and my husband’s anniversary and we wanted to check it out. Sever looked annoyed, I get it probably had a busy night. Sushi was probably the best! I had pork fried dumpling, I’ve had better. I barely ate, definitely not worth $100. The location is beautiful but other than that I definitely wouldn’t go back.
Great spot to eat with very reasonable prices for the amount of food you receive. A robot helps servers deliver food!
This place is horrible, if I could rate it a ZERO, I would. My twin sister and I came into Jacky’s for a late dinner. The place was busy however it took 30 minutes before we decided get up and head home. A waiter stopped us and told us “wait before you leave, I was coming now.” Instead of just being polite and just apologizing for taking so long for the service. When she approached us and got our orders, the food we were brought was ok. One of the items on the platter did not taste like chicken meat which was what we ordered so we only ate one piece and asked to remove it from the bill. She got sooo upset that she grabbed the plate from me and my knife fell onto my lap and almost cut my bare skin. She didn’t apologized even after I told her the knife almost cut me. We asked for a manager and she said it would take a while. So we waited and once a manager came, he didn’t let us talk, then he put his hand in our faces and perused to argue with us instead of just apologizing for how long
