First time trying out Jack's Urban eats! The two of us ordered: -santa fe chicken salad -urban fries -fried chicken sandwich I enjoyed the freshness of the food! Chicken salad was good. I thought the urban fries were a bit underwhelming, and definitely could have been piled up a little more. Fried chicken sandwich was just ok (new on their menu). Will definitely be back to try other items on their menu! Order first and then staff will bring you your food. Street parking only.

It was weird that I didn’t have an opportunity to let the salad prepares know what I wanted inn my salad and had to do this at the register instead. At all the other Jack’s I’ve been to, that was the process. Seeing all the vegetables and the other salad ingredients is a much more enjoyable experience. It was lunch time and the staff was getting behind on keeping tables bused. I could be more forgiving on that but we had to clean the table we sat at ourselves.
