Great food and portions. Be prepared for a little wait if you are coming during peak breakfast or lunch hours. Bar has open seating as an option. Parking can be challenging as the overflow lot was closed so factor this with your party size, carpool if possible. Service is good, some staff more attentive than others but responsive and plenty on staff of you need to flag one down for assistance. Of note: Business offers military discount. Kid-friendliness: Kids meal and options are perfect amount for price.
My husband and I are down for an event and had no idea where to go for dinner after driving to the San Francisco area. I saw the review of Jack's so we chose to give it a try. I ordered the French dip. The only word that comes to mind is amazing! Lean, lean beef! Soft roll (not sour dough which was a plus for me!) The meal had a large sandwich and tons of fries. My husband ordered the steak and he said it was really good, cooked on a well seasoned grill. If you want good food, stop by Jack's!
This is my favorite brunch spot! The food is amazing, the staff is amazing, the atmosphere is amazing. This place screams family, after church meal, birthday celebration, anything! Can't wait to return.
