UPDATE: My boyfriend went here again and ordered breakfast. Why is my biscuit in a hamburger bun??? Also, missing the chicken biscuits too??? Just how do you mess up an order this bad??? I’ve worked in many fast food restaurants myself so I get making a mistake but this is just flat out not trying.. please be better or people will stop coming.. Paid an extra dollar with my meal to get an unsweetened tea. I got my drink, tasted it and it was sweet. Told the lady at the window it’s sweet and all she told me was that she got it out of the unsweet tea urn. Didn’t provide a solution. Didn’t offer another drink. That’s terrible customer service and I hope it gets fixed. Until then, I will not be back.

We love Jack's and often visit for breakfast. This particular location (Trussville) was fast and efficient... Much more so than our usual stop in Leeds. Thank you for helping make my morning just that much smoother!

I hate coming here. This is the worst Jacks I’ve ever been to. Everyone is ALWAYS rude. We didn’t want to drive to the other side of trussville so we took the risk of ordering from this location well that I was a big mistake. We order through the drive through and pulled up to the window she asked what was the two sides for the chicken dinner, but we just wanted the two piece not the dinner so she took the order off and handed my husband his food and walked away so we sat there wondering about my 2 piece chicken. She came back asking what we were waiting on, so we just decided to try to go in. Well of course the lobby was closed and I looked in the door and they were eating a biscuit at the drive through window. Decided to go to KFC where we were treated nice and they got the order right.
