Food old, stale, dry. Asked for extra cheese on everything, didn't get any cheese T all! Employees are rude. Order took over 19 minutes. Worst drive-through ever!!! Happens all the time at this location!????

The most important thing was to enjoy and eat something with my kids at Jack in the box. It’s a nice place . Prices are similares to the other franquicias. There’s parking available and drive thru

YELLED AT by them. Thank goodness the manager was there. I filled out contact information as requested by Jack In The Box for the HORRIBLE TREATMENT in the review below written when I had major problems getting two shakes requested by my DYING GIRLFRIEND. NO CONTACT FROM JACK IN THE BOX TO ME. PLEASE Contact mE JACK IN THE BOX MANAGEMENT. I’ll give details. I ordered two shakes as part of an order. Everything was ready except the shakes. The employees were just standing looking at the walls. I explained I needed them for someone SICK in the HOSPITAL The guy said “SHUT UP STUPID”. I asked for the manager and he said something very loud I will NOT REPEAT. The manager heard - came over, apologized and made the shakes for me in 20 seconds.
