I’m not one to leave reviews or complain, but the experience I had here was shockingly poor. After a long day of traveling, I came to this Jack-in-the-Box to order food before going back to my hotel for the night. Once I got to the hotel, I checked my food and it was completely different from what I had told the guy in the drive-through. I even checked the screen when I was ordering, and my order was correct on the screen! Having no food to eat at the hotel, I called this location back and told them that they gave me the wrong order. I was willing to drive back to show them that they gave me the wrong order so that it could be corrected. The man who picked up the phone was extremely rude, and told me that he heard some thing different when I initially placed my order. I then asked him if I could just bring the food back to show him that it was the wrong order, and he told me that I would need a receipt to do that. He did not give me a receipt, just handed my card back and rushed me out

Not often do you get a chance to place over a $100 drive through order. But tonight the team crushed it. I even offered to pull around to wait but they got the food out in an insanely timely manner. Food and drinks for 15 of us, in under 10 minutes. Impressive!
