Jack in the Box

Man I came there about a week ago at like 9:00 at night with my girl . We had walked up there since the house isn't too far and my car got messed up from somebody but we walked up there pretty late wasn't sure if they'd be opened on the inside since everywhere is closing their lobbies early but anyway I had a great time because they even gave me extra food and sweets because it took a little longer and I didn't complain and they just said here man you want some extra stuff but it was this older gentleman that really blessed me and my girl maybe it was her good looks but they took care of us that's what we need more in the community

During the day you could get some good customer service and food but as it gets later it gets worse at this place. You can wait a good 45mins plus just with 3ppl in line including you! It’s ridiculous the amount of time you waste in this line. I feel like it’s quicker to go in and actually drop my own tacos and come back out and go home in less than 10mins so idk how it takes an hr for fast food. Think the employees are just being spiteful because they are short or something. Need management who actually cares about the business

Stopped by after Cardinals game. Lights were on and he came on to tell us he was alone and going home. He closed. We were stuck in drive thru for 10 minutes. I then called him and asked him to move the car in front so we could get out. Never going there again.
