Jack in the Box

I ordered a jumbo Jack meal and I want to do regular bun and no cheese. In fact I said no cheese three times. Guess what I got on my hamburger? Yep! Cheese! So I spent $8 for lunch and ate fries and drank my drink. Very disappointed.

My experience here tonight was not great. The lady at the window I think she was a manager was very dry and when she gave me my order I asked for ranch and barbecue and she threw her hands up at me and said I already asked you if you wanted some and you said no and gave me attitude about wanting to sauce even though she did not ask me if I wanted that she asked me if I wanted a drink carrier

I came in for lunch and didn't have to wait long before I was waited on. The young kid who helped me at the counter was very polite and soft spoken. However, when I got my food which was a buttery Jack with bacon and Swiss cheese the sandwich was definitely to hard to chew, cold and dry. For the meal I paid $12 the Burger wasn't even worth $5. My curly fries were not even in the fry Box my fries were just dumped in the bag underneath my sandwich. Usually I check everything before I leave this time I didn't. Will not be returning to this location.
