Bad attitude. Horrible management. First time coming to this place and LAST! I tried ordering in the drive thru but for some reason the person taking my order couldn’t hear me so of course i had to speak up louder. She decided to shut me up and ask me to go else where. What happen to customer service? I stayed in line to speak with a “manager” no one came to the window until about 8 minutes later. The so called manager acted exactly the same! Horrible customer service. If you don’t like you’re job, please look for something you enjoy doing. Other than taking it out on customers. And if you’re a “manager” ACT LIKE ONE AND FIX THE PROBLEM! AND DO NOT EVER DENY BUSINESS TO A CUSTOMER. Karla is the manager’s name! Very disappointed!
Food took a while to come out yet it tasted old. Customer service is a joke. Rude employees and the manager shouldn't work directly with customers because she's the furthest from friendly. Hard pass.
Great service, drive thru and staff very educated, attentive, details on cleanliness, friendly served on timely manner!!
