Came here for a quick snack 7/29/22 and ordered tacos and other food and when I opened the tacos to add my sauce I realized there was no meat inside just cheese and lettuce don’t know if this was done on purpose because I Am a healthier women or lack of attention but very unacceptable
Today 06/10/22 I called today at 10:27 am I got food poisoning, from last night. Around 11:30-12pm I called and talk to the manager she brushed me off. She seemed like she couldn't be bothered with this. I told I had tacos, and chicken sandwichs. She told me it takes 4 hours and that I need my receipt in order to see what I had. This was the worst day and worst customer service experience I've had.
I went through the drive threw or my food with a visa card and they were suppose to give me a receipt I didn't find my receipt in the bag I called jack in the box and they freaking told me they didn't see my order on their computer that's so unprofessional of them Service : 1/5 … More
