Jack in the Box

I ordered online and inadvertently purchased from my regular restaurant. I was not able to reach them by phone and the one I was at told me I had to talk to them about a refund. I reordered everything in the drive-thru and paid again. They should not charge you until you actually get there.

I always come here for a large iced coffee no ice. Usually they are quick about it but today they took 10 minutes to get my iced coffee and it was no cars in front of me. No one apologized to me for the wait and they were rude as hell. This Jack in the Box location has gone downhill.

Curly Fries were not fresh or hot was to exhausted to go back in New chix sand was alright nothing that great but atleast it seemed made to order that's a big deal wasn't I worth good Hot Cutly fries!? Like 7 mins to make fresh and you give out fries that you have sitting there over time shame on you ! Last night 11:30 pm won't go back just got back from church service in Grandprairie just wanted to get home and my dogs loved the 10 piece nuggets though you get a star for that one . 6/26/2022 @ 12:25 pm I just go a response and was ask to go to another website so they can do a investigation NOT How about taken my info & giving me back my 17 plus $ this is not your first report!
