Can someone please tell jack to change for a better Quality coffee!!!!!! Jack!!!!! coffee drinkers don’t like just a cup of hot water no taste on it horrible, Thank you in advance
Rude, rude, rude! We had 6 people in the car. We told her we had 6 people, but after each item then lady asked "is that all?" We kept ordering and she kept asking "is that all?" We told her no. We were still ordering. Once done, she told us to check the screen, but the screen was clear. When we got the the window the lady said she wasn't going to take our order, because we were rude. We weren't rude! The lady at the window was rude and impatient. Highly unprofessional.
Too many transits hanging about. When I’m with my kids they ask me for money and food. The staff doesn’t care. Sometimes ppl shower in the restaurants restroom. The reputation of this Jack n the box is terrible. If you have HS kids tell them to stay away! Nothing but trouble here. Even if I’m starving I wouldn’t go here. I’ll update photos soon.. I’m really hoping management help uplifting the community.
