Alice was beyond rude!! She shouldn't be working with people. We asked for buttermilk and she completely ignored us. Turned her back on us. Asked again and she said.. I was taking an order. It was a simple.. give me a moment or something. Her attitude was uncalled for. Then to my surprise.. got home and we only had 4 tacos when it should have been 10. Obviously, Alice is not doing her job properly. As I'm waiting, 2 other customers come in to complain regarding missing food and wrong order. Alice needs customer service training!!!
Went to my local Jack in the Box today ordered the lge coke and a lge root beer to a free burger with the dodger giveaway, they said it wasn't in effect today. Yesterday was the dbl header, there were more than 10 strike outs. Had to speak with Mgr to convince him he was wrong. While waiting for my order l looked at my receipt and noticed that the price for the drinks was $2.59 When I had noticed on line that they list it as $2.09.When I mentioned it to the employee he asked his Mgr and mumbled something about online prices being different to which I said that's nonsense. When I finally got my order it had 2 cokes
