Jack in the Box

Dearest BreakFast Jack, You and I have had a very long relationship. It has been about 30 years that I have been able to count on you at every JIB I drove thru. But, for about two years now I have tried to find a decent BJ at many locations to no avail. Your coldness, your unchewable egglace, and you way too often over greasy hashbrowns have become habit to you. I need you to know, that is no longer okay. It time, it is time to go back to the loyal BreakFast Jack we have loved for so many years. Please make your recovery a priority. I was promised breakfast anytime. Like before. I have faith you can find your way back. I will always support you. Prices are going up, but I can't quit you, BreakFast Jack. ❤️????

I typically like Jack in the Box but this location has the absolute WORST drive thru service ever. Unfortunately I've been in line at least 4 times in the past year, waiting 15 minutes or longer and the line doesn't move. Twice I pulled out of the line and went to McDonald's. It should NEVER take more than eight minutes from completing your order, made fresh and in your hand. If so you have that car move forward and keep the line moving. I know this because I helped build the founders house back in the day. Jack would not be happy!! Management is sorely lacking and the service has been atrocious.

Normally I'm quite happy with this particular store but they seemed to be off a little bit this visit. Fairly long wait and no sauces for my order or napkins etc. I understand it gets overwhelming, I actually worked for Jack when I first came to CA so I empathize and I'm sure this is a one off experience I'd still give them 8 out 10 Food : 4/5 | Service : 3/5 … More
