Jack in the Box

The food was fine but the girl that was at the window today was disrespectful. I pulled up smiled and said Hi and I think she was already irritated from the day or something because she was very impatient with me. It took me less than a minute to find my card because I couldn't find it and she was tapping her hand on the counter and sighing on purpose to let me know she was impatient. The expression on her face also yelled impatient. Her tone sounded rushed and blunt. When she gave me my bag she did it rudley. The entire time she gave off really angry, impatient atmosphere. I didn't do anything to her. She was immediately acting this way when I pulled up. This was today 11/7/2022 at about 4:07pm. at the window drive thru.

Beware if you use the drive through, it’s unbelievably incompetent. After a number of times where the wait time was extremely long, today I drove through, ordered French toast sticks and when I got to work to eat them, realized there was no syrup. When I called them the worker told me that they are out of syrup. Something she could have told me when I ordered. Im done with this establishment!

Food was the everyday jack and the box. Devily delicious. . But RUBY the cashier was far from friendly. She wouldn't even hand me the drink she placed it at the window & asked me to grab it from the shelf, (she didnt even attempt to hand it to me) which was difficult, Because Not only does my window not work, (which she noticed) but she did not offer condiments i had to ask twice. And when I did she repeated everything sarcastically. I asked her name to specifically be able to review her service. She seemed sarcastic and very annoyed to be serving us. SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. Not only am I in the service industry (bartender)but I am a local and have never received service this bad in this location. I am very displeased
