Jack in the Box

Long slow drive thru line always. I have to yell at the speaker box or they can't hear me. Strange that Every other restaurant in town has been open for months now I assume they got some mad COVID relief from employees that no longer work there and the real reason for not opening up. Instead It's all boarded up with chairs, tables and yellow tape. I even had an employee ask me to back up away from the window because I didn't have a mask on in my truck. Haven't been back since.

Working long hours and having very limited places to eat due to driving a semi this is my usual stop to get something to eat. I stoped today on 11/13/22 at 11pm to find out only the drive was open. I proceeded to the drive through window and asked if I could order through the drive-through window and right before I could explain that im in a semi truck he cut me off and said only drive thru is open that I had to drive around right before closing the window on me. I waved him down hoping if I get to explain myself he will let me order so once he opened the window again I told him im in a semi truck that if its possible to order through the window and he told me it wasn’t his problem and he didn’t care. I asked for his name and he told me his name was Memo. He’s a short Hispanic guy. I definitely won’t be coming to this location ever again. You guys need to get rid of him , his attitude is bad for business.

I would not necessarily say they are friendly but not rude either. I feel for them working all day with the noisy background noise of the freeway. Still, they never lost patience with having to ask me to repeat myself. ( I have a soft voice) I do believe they are the hardest working crew, fast, efficient, and kind. Always accommodating my request. Food is served hot and fresh. I've never been disappointed at this location.
