Jack in the Box

Of the many times that I've gone here personally, I noticed that the staff is always "on it". This is something I rarely see, because most of the time, staff usually just wants to get things over with, that they end up rushing and forgetting things in your order. Staff here is different, they'll even ask you if everything is in order. They're generous with the extras you ask for too. The only thing I don't like is the consistency, delivery sometimes has a few mishaps like missing sauce etc. This branch is still the best within 20 miles though.

Waited in line by the speaker without getting my order taken from 11:29 PM. Guy told me to hold on and sounded both tired and high on some drug. Six cars in front of us would get helped and move forward while I was stuck at the intercom. By the time we got to the window, we would find the guy with his pants hanging down like a diaper and his colorful boxers showing. I probably would’ve been helped better at In-N-Out in midst of rush hour. Last time eating at this location.

Drive thru waiting 15 minutes and yet no attendee. Attendee says one moment, what kind of service is this, finally I got my service after 20 minutes, when I arrived home, I got half sour dough with no receipt . I ordered #3 cut in half with curly fries
