Worst wait of my life. Waited a hour and 10 min in the drive through line. Had to walk to window to see if anyone was working to get a response. People started getting mad cause no one knew what was going on
I'm in and out at the drive thru in less than 30 mins. ???? It's true! You know why? Cause they are short staffed and have no help doing the work needed on cooking the food. I waited anyway, with understanding. I loved the employees positive attitude with a smile. Good Job greeting my food. The Fox ????
I will never ever go again to this jack in the box. It took them more than 1 hour to get my food and I wanted to leave but I was stuck between 2 cars and couldn't get out of the drive thru. It was 1 old lady cooking and cashier at the same time unbelievably they need to hire more people. A drive thru place supposed to be no more than 15 min. Never again.
