I just returned home with my 2 regular tacos and a sourdough jack sandwich (my favorite) and found a crossiante,ham and egg sandwich instead of my sourdough jack!! Very dissatisfied with this order! Order taken at 11:30 so I guess they just threw what was left in the kitchen in the bag. (Its not like it was confused with another order....I was only one in line..(I guess I know why!) Very unhappy with Jack Box!

We went to this location on 1464, it was around 8 pm Sunday. Not sure who the manager is, but they had all outside lights off. We drove around and the screen where you order food from was also off. The employees were in the front of the restaurant. We were very confused. Then we saw a car pull and order food, and all of a sudden, all the lights outside were turned on. That was misleading. We thought the restaurant was closed. Not sure what’s going on there. It’s not the first time this happens.

This location is horrible. There is ONE manager that is competent. If you go when she's not there, good luck. EDIT: I tried again today. After waiting for 26 minutes in line for my order with 1 person ahead of me, I reversed out of the drive through with several other cards behind me doing the same. You might as well just close this location if you're going to continue to hire people who don't know how to do their job.
