Times have changed a lot with service. Or maybe we just allowed things to be different. I no longer get napkins I have to request them. And then they grab them into a ball and hand them to you. For being at a location that's right off the freeway and next to a college, service is usually always quick even when there is a line. Food is always good from what you would expect from a fast food restaurant. I usually get a burger with curly fries and they are always hot and fresh tasting.
