Jack in the Box

Sat in the drive thru for 19 min while they counted the drawer with us at the window already handing the worker our debit card. Got home after a 15min drive and both of our sandwiches were wrong. I ordered a Homestyle Chicken Club and got a crispy chicken patty with only lettuce and a gallon of mayo on it, husband ordered a double with bacon and got upcharged for lettuce wrap and no bun, recieved the wrong sandwich again, got some cheap little burger, no bacon, no cheese and it had a bun. Highly dissatisfied with our visit. Whats most upsetting is with the cost of gas, its not even worth it to drive back and have the correct order made for us!

Usually when we go there it's not busy at all & we end up getting some rude teenager who makes us feel like we inconvenienced them. Tonight I went there to pick up food for my family & the guy there was a ROCKSTAR!! He was very kind & considerate!! My order was taking a while & he asked if I wanted a drink while I waited! Great job Jack in the box for hiring him!!
