Visited this location in the late morning hours. Use the drive-through, it was a very slow experience. I'm not sure if there were any complications outside of regular operations, but the service was a little slow. if you're in a rush, I would avoid. The food was still good and up to par to regular Jack-in-the-Box.
I come here a lot late at night because I work over night & my job isn’t too far from here. I must say they are stingy w/ the sauces even ketchup, especially ketchup actually. It’s crazy. The wait is always long & some of the employees aren’t so nice.
I came into this location to get takeout. I stood there waiting for five minutes without any acknowledgment from any of the workers there. Once I start work walking out because I had not been assisted I hear someone scream “wait I’m coming to take your order now.” After five minutes? No thank you
