Jack in the Box

I'm done with this location. They keep messing up, I keep hoping it'll get better. Forgotten items, wrong order received, drink machine constantly out of flavors or its all water no syrup. Tonight I ordered a kids meal for my son and a large drink for me (diet ginger ale, no ice). When I got to the window they repeated my order except the no ice part. When I asked "no ice?" I was told yes and handed a drink. My fault for not checking it there because I got home and had a cup full of root beer with ice. This location is awful

Went to this jack in the box and the lady that took my order was rude and her tone of voice while I order “uh hu uh hu” yes I get it u don’t wanna be there it was some light skin woman with blonde hair didn’t even ask if I needed condiments… not coming to this jack ever again

Not sure why but this jacks always seems just a lil bit better than others I have been to. Love their staff, all the lovely ladies so very helpful and the manager is a super cool dude. And I think they now take EBT, so anyone can afford some tasty good food.
