Jack in the Box

They definitely need a new crew. Customer service is terrible! We we’re at the drive thru like 5 minutes before they even asked what we needed and they didn’t even have customers in front of us. Either the microphone doesn’t work or the lady needs hearing aids because no lie it took over 5 minutes to complete our 1 meal order because she couldn’t hear. Then we went to the window to pay and waited another 5 minutes before we decided to leave because she had the window open but didn’t acknowledge us, she didn’t take the payment nor did she give us the drinks or even tell us that we had to wait a bit, like all we could see was a open window with her body there but no type of acknowledgement. What kind of service is that and honestly I’m glad we didn’t eat there after seeing the multiple 1 star reviews left recently! TERRIBLE SERVICE! 7:00p on 09/21/22

Why I gave "Ricardo" a one star. 1. Cannot understand what he is saying through his mask, but when I had a lady helping me. She was clear, and I could understand her! 2. You gave me today (June 2, 2022) about a hand full of ketchup. That I had to ask for. The ketchup little bags were all sticky. I through them out on your parking lot! That was rude! 3. Don't forget to give me and all customers their receipts! 4. "Ricardo" you have helped me many times before, and I still cannot understand you! You are not loud enough to hear. The window shield and your mask has nothing to do with it. It's you because again I can understand the lady and other females at the window! 5. I have the correct address of this Jack in the box, 2101 Palos Verdes Dr. N, Lomita 90717. Maybe the main office of Jack in the box should know about the service at this address! 6. Last of all HANDLE THE FOOD AND DRINKS with care to the customers! Not with anger!
