Jack in the Box

This is the closest location to me and I like the food a lot and I can say the customer service is fine, and the food is always good, however every time I go there which is during the day! Their shake machine isn't working and it's been like this for months. They need to get this fixed or if they're lying and just don't wanna make a shake in the middle of a rush, they should be spoken too.

Homeless in the parking lot. They were close to drive thru speaker box. It was at night and I felt unsafe. I started my order at speaker box - I completed order at window. I also ordered ice coffee. It was Very very weak. I did not taste coffee flavor it was diluted. I think drink $3.19. Somewhere around there. It had more of a weak mocha flavor. On the plus side - courteous service. I'll go back this week and ask for my money back for the drink. I called as soon as I got home to tell them of my disappointment. I called # on receipt thrice. All 3x I received a recording letting me know their voicemail was not set up. :-(

This particular Jack in the Box never seems to produce good food, I can't say why. I've never gotten a meal from there that I have enjoyed. The burgers are shrinking and they're never prepared in an appetizing way. The staff often seems in disarray. I hope it can get better, but I would avoid this location if possible.
