Jack in the Box

So me my husband and our roommate go here for a late lunch early dinner Before going to the establishment we decided what we wanted as to make the process quicker.. we were getting 2 value sandwiches each and a couple orders of fries to share.. so we get the food drive away get where we're going and I'll be damned if we're missing 2 sandwiches.. so 2 of us only got half of our food.. thank a lot J&B.. this will be OUR LAST VISIT TO ANY OF YOUR ESTABLISHMENTS. Your company has just made it's last dollar off me and my family. ✌️ DEUCES

Clearly reading the previous reviews you need to really pay attention to the people you hire. I tried going through your drive thru as well. It was around 1230AM. Unfortunately I was told your system was down and your location was only handling Uber&DoorDash orders. If your employees are going to lie. At least tell them to use intelligence when doing so. What they said did not make any sense. I went to the location on Desert Inn. That young lady is always wonderful. I will never come back to Russell again. Oh side note, as I road off I saw your employee laughing through the window. That was very unprofessional.

This has practically made me paralysed. I spent the first day and night vomiting every five minutes. And crying in pain. Then tossed and turned unable to sleep. I have been trying desperately hard to eat over the past few days but have been unable to do so. It is physically difficult to breath. I don’t think I’ll EVER be having jack in the box again
