Jack in the Box

Lobby is completely empty no line and I did not get greeted or asked if I was gonna order they just ignored me. Horrible service. Good thing McDonald’s was just built down the street

Over 10 minutes in drive thru. Couple burgers n fries ordered. Was asked to pull around the corner, it would be a few more minutes.. I said NO.. Lady came back to the window again , asked me to pull around and wait. Asked for my money back and left..went across street to get gas... Look over, the truck behind me was still there waiting... I won't go back! Parking: Sux

I didn’t received my full order. I ordered thru the Jack app. No order has been right, this is the 3rd time. Anyways, had to end up going to the store (very inconveniently…I could have done that in the first place but noooo, I thought ordering from app like they advertise) anyways, all because they don’t answer their phone…try not to use them if you want accurate orders fulfilled. I didn’t get my burger, tacos, my drink order was wrong. The French toast sticks and fries were stale and not hot. It’s no for me, dawg.
